Wooooo it’s the last week of Go The Distance!!! Can you believe it? I’ve been averaging 5 workouts a week and that’s what I’ve got planned for this week as well.

Even though it’s insanely snowy out I’m starting my morning with a smile because we are all prepped for the week. Ummm yes I am talking about meal planning yet again. Yesterday Brad did almost all of the meal prep.

And he chopped up this huge pot of pears for me to cook. I wasn’t sure exactly what to do with them but I ended up just heating them in a pot with a tablespoon of Earth Balance and a whole tonne of cinnamon. I’m going to eat this over greek yogurt this week. The Farmer’s Market was selling a basket of pears for $2 because they had frozen on the truck the night before. They weren’t sure how long they’d last for when we got them home. I couldn’t pass up a basket of pears for that price so I figured I’d just cook em up. Delicious breakfast all week long.
