6 week challenge to healthy eating

Week 1: Breakfast


Breakfast is just as important as all your meals. This week our focus will be on eating a healthier breakfast.

Your breakfast should consist of carbohydrates, protein and veggies. A bowl of cereal that is laden with sugar is not an ideal breakfast.

My breakfasts consist of :

3 Easy Egg Muffins ( get recipe here )

2 slices of Homemade wholemeal toast ( get recipe here )



A mug of coffee and a glass of water with lemon.
