Good morning and Happy Hump Day! Crazy busy week trying to catch up from being away from four days. Quick post today to share some fabulous wisdom I found on Facebook during the past week.
Healthy is the ultimate goal weight we should all strive for. Not a particular number, but a feeling.
Last night’s workout was a 2.3 mile walk in 42:10. Prepping for a 5K this weekend. Doing weights makes me feel strong and walking makes me feel confident. How does working out make you feel?
And finally, love the frog. Make the decision to be in a good mood today.
