Water To Lose Weight

I am so happy that some of my clothes are starting to feel loose. This only means that I am losing fats on my body. I have trying my best to be as active as possible especially during the weekend when I tend to be so lazy to do anything after doing all the household. What I do is that, I do my regular exercise routine before I start my day and drink a lot of water. This keeps me more energized.

I also drink a lot of water within the day most especially after my workout. A lot of people may wonder why even if they exert a lot of effort to exercise and keep on their diet, they still don't lose weight. It is because they dont drink as much water as they can.

Eating food reach in fiber is also important to lose weight. But again, you have to drink a lot of water. It's actually hard for me because I am not really a WATER person. I usually drink less water within the day. So I always have a glass of water in my room or in my computer desk to remind me to drink water. Beside water is really good for the body. It helps clean your system and keep you more energized.
