WALL STREET JOURNAL ON DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND VITAMINS

Posted Nov 04 2009 10:04pm

by Ray Salomone, Personal Trainer and Wellness Activist

You don’t need the Wall Street Journal to know that many supplements are complete garbage. If you’ve been reading my blog and my other published articles, along with my frequent national radio appearances, you know that I have tried them all back in the day.  Many are pure crap, many are dangerous and almost all make outrageous claims.  Many use doctored photos, fabricated testimonials and any other marketing tricks available to get you to buy and buy again.

Here’s the Wall Street Journal article, just in case you need more proof.

Unless you have a severe deficiency and/or an absorption problem, you should be getting all of your vitamins and minerals through the foods you eat every day.
