Wake up call

I got a cold in mid september and continued to cough since. In the begining of November, another cold attacked me and leaving me frail. Never once in my life I feel so feeble and ill. I was always healthy. Ever since I got a new job, things started to roll down hill. I stoped exercise and was constantly under stress. My blood sugar increased.  I felt so tired both physically and mentally. I just turned 36 and there is no way to feel like 86. It is time to change before it gets worse. My goal is to get back to exercise again little by little. If you don't take care yourself. No one does it for you. Life is too short. Can't waste it with illness. I am making a commitment to myself that I will stick with my goal strictly. I will exercise at least 3 times a week for 40 min each whether it's running, yoga or pilate. I will manage my time with work and health. At least learn to manage my time before this year end.
