Fitness : a 3km run / Fun : changing my route
I think yesterday's run was the best one I have had yet! Not only did I increase my pace (12:07/mile) but I also changed my routed to include some uphill running and downhill. At first, I thought it would just be fun to change things up a bit but I quickly realized how I truly enjoyed myself.
When I got back home, after a quick shower, I visited the Lululemon website and found an interesting blog post about running and motivation. I thought I would share it with you.
