My last sport specific conditioning cross-training session was BASKETBALL . Today I decided to hit up one of my favorite sports, VOLLEYBALL!!
I have played volleyball since I was in 5th grade and was a setter all through high school.
Since high school I’ve played on intramural teams, city league teams & have coach a couple times. It is definitely a favorite of mine.

This definitely got my heart rate up, but I know that if I was back in HS volleyball practice, it would have been a lot harder. Try it out, see what you think!! And I obviously need a real step/box & medicine ball. I used a bucket & a volleyball...nice.
