Virginia’s Quick & Eat Hummus

I am a very fortunate person. Not everyone has neighbors who love to cook and share, but do! The other night I had dinner with my neighbor, Virginia. For an appetizer she put out the fresh and lemony (not sure if that’s a word but it fits :-) ). Try it for a dip or a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

1 can low sodium garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained

3 cloves garlic

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 c olive oil

Put in food processor until blended/creamy.

Enjoy!!!
