Aside from all the healthy juice and smoothie recipes Leanne gives explicit guidelines for how to do a cleanse at home should you be interested in doing one. She gives you tips (that I wish I had when I did my 3 day cleanse!), shopping lists, and even meal plans for the week before you do a cleanse to help get your body ready for one.
I am extremely selective about the products I promote on here. After all, if your dissatisfied in something you purchase after I recommend it then it’s my ass on the line! I 100% would recommend this guide to anyone who is interested in doing a cleanse or anyone looking for new smoothie and juice recipes. I am going to hijack my Mom’s juicer and do one of Leanne’s cleanses after my marathon next month. I don’t know if I’ll do the 3 day cleanse, or just do it for one day a month. I’ve tried her recipes before and they are always awesome. I’m so happy to help support one of my favorite bloggers!
