mix ins included: sauteed mushrooms, wilted spinach
topping: a sprinkle of whole wheat panko for crunch, pepitas, plus shredded raw goat cheddar (which, de-veganized it haha). Set under the broiler till’ melty
The verdict? So delicious. I’ve never made mac and cheese without…cheese. Nooch and butternut= a creamy, delicious dish! I tried the sauce and was like woahh, this is going to be good! My family enjoyed it mucho.
