It’s totally free to post an event up there and advertise it nationally / globally. You can even upload events for way in the future. One simple registration (name, email & contact number) and you can the post and manage multiple events.
If you would like to use the automated booking system to take your bookings and online payments for you 24 hrs a day, you can choose to activate that also with one click at the time of listing your event. It’s use is not required to post free events, it is simply an additional beneficial, risk-free service that you may decide to use.
There is no charge for having this faciltity, however there is a small 10% handling fee for each fully paid booking the system delivers to you, which is deducted from the booking fee. Everything is explained on the site. So there are no up front costs ever, even the 10% comes from new money coming to you.
