Type 2 Diabetes and Exercise

Just in case you don’t believe me about exercise being good for you:

“Cross -sectional, retrospective, prospective, and interventional epidemiologic research, including studies of enforced inactivity, provide strong evidence that regular exercise reduces type 2 diabetes risk in adolescents and adults.” 1

Reducing your risk of type 2 diabetes is just one of the benefits of regular exercise.  I promise, there are plenty more.
