LifeStyles Condoms started their social media campaign in June. They started off by posting alarming statistics about HIV/AIDs and HIV Testing Day. These days you may see a happy birthday here and there but they still have relevant information on sexual health. You’ll find their tweets to be a mix of information, advice and a little self promotion.
Lifestyles’ rival Trojan is doing something quite similar. They tweet about themselves of course and sexual health awareness. They don’t tweet as much at LifeStyles, but if you are a die hard Trojan fan, follow them!
A little less self promotion and little more sexual health news can be found at Medical News Today Sexual Health’s twitter account ( MNT_SexualHealt ). Just about every hour they are tweeting about the latest in sexual health news. Did you know kissing and sex can trigger allergic reactions in some people? You would if you were following @MNT_SexualHealt. Plus, they need more followers, they only have 164 (and counting).
If you really want to know some weird sex facts, check out @OMGFactsSex . Although you may read something strange like, “The average sperm count of American men has actually declined since the 1950s,” it’s most likely true, because they fact check their information. Daily tweets about sperm, reproduction and sex should keep you up to date about the past, present and future of sexual health.
