Turn Your Cube into Your Gym
Posted Mar 17 2009 6:09am
Sitting all day can take it's toll on your body. Here's an exercise you can do right in your cubicle to wake up those resting biceps.
Instructions:
1. Stand with the handles of one band in your hands and the midpoint of the band under one foot.
2. Arms should be by your side with palms facing front. Keep your elbows tight at your waist and your arms parallel to the floor.
3. Keeping your elbows at your waist raise your hands to your shoulders. Make sure to keep your wrists straight and your elbows at your side.
4.Slowly lower down to just before the starting position.
