Today’s Workout – 4 mile run (am) + 30 min walk (pm)


Sometimes deciding what to eat for dinner is the worst thing I have to do all day. I hate it! Tonight my man & I spent at about 45 trying to decide what to eat. FINALLY we decided on these -


   mmmm...TUNA MELTS!



I’m gonna tell you something about my sandwich & you can’t think bad things about me! I don’t know when it happened in my life, but I whenever I eat tuna I just don’t think it should be mixed with mayo/miracle whip. In fact, I detest it now. Whenever I eat tuna, I mix it with...ketchup...! My man thinks I’m disgusting, as does the rest of my family (brothers, brother-in-laws, sisters, sister-in-laws, parents, everyone!). Whatever. Don’t knock it till you try it folks :) IT’S GOOD. DSC07759 I also mixed my tuna with grated cheese so it was nice & delicious. So, despite the 45 minutes of hating my life, trying to decide what to eat...dinner ended up being REALLY good & packed with omega fatty acids! Better than Subway tuna melts, fo-sho!

I think tonight we will be planning a menu for the rest of the week so that this doesn’t happen again! & I will be stretching like mad. My quads & triceps are still SUPER sore from my workout the other day ( check it out ).

What are some good dinner ideas? We need some real help here!!
