Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil Hair Treatment Review and Giveaway

Posted May 18 2011 7:00am

Call me a girl, but I was so excited to be able to try the Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil for Hair Treatment .

When it comes to my hair and skin, I take great pride in keeping it healthy. When I keep my hair properly nourished, I have a shinier coat than my dog, which I love. When I use cheap shampoo and conditioner from a hotel, all hell breaks loose up there (on my head).

For the past week, I have been using the Coconut Oil for Hair Treatment as a deep conditioning treatment before I get in the shower.

I massage it into my scalp, and after leaving it on for several minutes, I rinse and use a small amount of shampoo on my scalp. Then I follow with my usual conditioner .

Do you want to know the results?

I noticed that my hair is much softer, smoother, and shinier after the coconut oil treatment. Also, I would be lying if I said I didn’t love the coconut smell…

In short: This is a great deep conditioner for your hair, but it will also make you smell like a tropical island. How can that be a bad thing?

One lucky reader will receive a jar of Tropical Traditions Gold Label Coconut Oil for Hair Treatment .
