Even the best made plans sometimes get screwed up.
You know, with things like knees breaking and such.
I think I groaned just a little bit when I opened my email yesterday and saw this:
That was yesterday, which means it’s 33 days away today. As in 30 days after I start physical therapy. Whew!
If I jump to this week in my training schedule, this is where I’m supposed to be:
That’s not many training days!!! But honestly, it’s not that much. It’s not like I need to jump in and run 20 miles. I don’t even need to being doing any long runs at all. Well, to be precise, right now, I’m not going to be doing any running. Period.
