Boot camp move– Star Squats! These are hard but fun – basically squat down, then jump up and widen your legs and arms. See photo demonstration below (animation made via gickr ) – I didn’t get a picture of myself fully extended but you get the idea.

Early yesterday morning before the sun had come up to join us, Elle and I made our return to the UNC track!
We’re both training for the Tobacco Road Half Marathon , and it was time to get back on track (literally) with speed workouts!

We had a great workout! Here’s what we did:
Great workout! We ended up covering 2.75 miles total for the run portion and left feeling like we got a sufficient whooping.
