Heat at 50% for 4:30 minutes. Keep an eye on it towards the end as the cake will rise and could spill over.
Top with cinnamon and almonds and be sure to share with your best friend who has been patiently supervising.

I'm on Day 10 of the Run Streak and holding steady! In fact, I have been combining my running with WOD's to continually mix it up.
*4 mile hilly run (8:30 pace)
*21-15-9 of the following:
- Hang clean squats with 30 lbs dumb bells
- L-push-ups (modified from original handstand push-ups)
*Core work: toe taps, sit-ups, leg raises (2 sets)
