Total Lean Protein Cake

Posted Jun 06 2012 11:08am
For the past month , I have been working on eating more protein , more often, about every 3 hours.

But, I can't seem to shake that sweet tooth teeth of mine! So, I married the two.

Pumpkin Protein Cake

What you will need:

Blend ingredients until well combined, including the cinnamon (about 1/2 tsp or so) till you have a pudding-like texture.

Place in large mug. You may want to spray the mug with non-stick spray.

Heat at 50% for 4:30 minutes. Keep an eye on it towards the end as the cake will rise and could spill over.

Top with cinnamon and almonds and be sure to share with your best friend who has been patiently supervising.

I eat this for breakfast and dessert. So good. So simple. I was inspired by Stuftmama & I highly recommend her blog.

What about life outside the gym and work?

Here are a few pics from our Seattle weekend and some food porn since it is WIAW (thanks Jenn!)

What's your favorite type of cake?
-Angel food with 2" thick icing and a pile of strawberries. It's calorie free right?
