This morning I went for an hour walk then came home and did a 45 min total body workout. I broke it into Legs, Core & Arms...and they are each about 15 minutes long. My arm workout was actually a kind of short because my little man woke up. I went to pick him up and I was all shaky & tired...great workout!! Check them out:
Do you ever do workouts that people post? You should! Not saying you should do mine, but you can do workouts that personal trainers post (like Megan ) or the workouts people do with their trainers (like Rose ). It’s like a free personal training session...hook it up!
Even if no one does my workouts, I like to post them because then I can remember what I did & do it again another day. Note to self...this one is AWESOME!
