Top 5 Pinterest Posts

Posted May 02 2013 12:00am
These are 5 posts that I think should go on your Pinterest boards right now!  Deal?  It's the totally pinning party!

My girl Lindsay at The Lean Green Bean had the brilliant idea to host a "pin it" party to share some of our best Pinterest friendly posts.  The only catch...you have to share the love and visit other bloggers to pin their great posts too. My advice is to go to the original post and pin from there - that way you'll be directed there in the future.

If you're on pinterest you can find me @CarissaAnneB .

Now's let's pin like we're crazy kids
1. 5-4-3-2-1 At Home Workout - This is one crazy, tough workout that you can do anywhere - no gym required.  Perfect for travel or when you can't make it to the gym. All you need is 1 set of dumbbells or soup cans.
2. Get Awesome Abs - Summer is coming and this routine can be done weekly to get you bikini ready.
3. The 25, 50, 75, 100 Workout - This is an advanced workout. It can be intimidating but it's a killer workout that will leave you sore.  If you think you're a beast then this is a must pin!
4. Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal - You still haven't made the #1 Fit2Flex recipe?  Pin this for an easy, healthy morning option.
5. How to Do a Tempo Run - People always ask me how I shaved 6+ minutes off my half marathon to run a sub-2 half marathon .  Speed work.  I credit tempo runs with teaching me how to run "fast" and push through that uncomfortable feeling.

This is a tempo run "how-to" post.
Thanks for taking the time to read Fit2Flex and share the love via pinterest.

What do you use Pinterest for primarily?

Love and pin junkie,
Carissa & Kyle
