Whether you are coming into Summer or Winter, everyone is looking to lose a couple of extra kilos here or there, so I have decided to share my top 5 prefered exercise/diet work outs with you you all.
I have tried all these exercise/weight loss routines and have seen results from all of them. When I say try I mean this honestly. I have tried all these exercise regimes and diet plans over the past 4-5 years. Keep in mind that these are my top 5, so whichever you decide to go with I’m sure that you stand to benefit from them. Good Luck and let me know how it goes!
Note about Equipment. Most of these programs tell you that you don’t have to buy their recommended equipment to do their work outs but for maximum results it is obviously recommended you do.
Note about Difficulty. Some of these works outs are not suitable for beginners. When I say Medium to Hard, I mean that finishing the entire session and completing full reps is challenging. Sound Mind, Sound Body, Bootcamp , involves quite a number of push ups and expects a certain amount of strength in your arms. The Truth about Abs relies on you being able to do pull ups. Not being able to do push ups or pull ups or at least know of a simpler variant of these exercises will make your work out less and less effective. P90x involves stamina, strength and cardio, and they will in fact get you to perform a fitness test before you even get started to see if the program is applicable for you.
Bodyrock.tv gives alternatives for each exercise but it still quite intense in terms of cardio, so it is definitely a high intensity workout. The Four hour body will work for people who have never entered a gym before or lifted a weight in their life, moves are super simple for all ages, shapes and conditions, the works are not cardio based.
