In this post I talked about the importance of strength training for women. This is one of my goals for 2013 – back into strength training. It is why I asked for a kettlebell for Christmas – change things up a bit. I am also signed up for Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp Round 4 . I will say I am SUPER sore from my Thursday kettlebell workout. Lesson learned – don’t jump into high intensity so quickly after taking two months off.
I created a summer bucket list and updated it a few times. This was one of the updates. Also talked about the 31 Fall Add On Kit here. I had a fabulous summer that included a mother/daughter beach vacation and my first 31 National Conference.
