It’s week 3 of the Bikini Series with the Tone It Up girls. I am loving the series because sometimes we keep our workouts very “boring” instead of changing things up and making working out a fun time. This challenge is definitely the push I needed.
40 minutes of cardio (Itty Bitty Cardio? ) and the Bikini Abs video.
Surfer’s Paradise video and 20 minutes of cardio.
HIIT the Beach from the Beach Babe DVD and Booty Shorts workout.
30 minute run and Love Your Arms workout.
2 rounds of Sunseeker workout and 2 rounds of Surfer’s Paradise.
