Tone It Up Weekly Workouts

It’s week 3 of the Bikini Series with the Tone It Up girls. I am loving the series because sometimes we keep our workouts very “boring” instead of changing things up and making working out a fun time. This challenge is definitely the push I needed.

Monday

40 minutes of cardio (Itty Bitty Cardio? icon smile Tone It Up Weekly Workouts ) and the Bikini Abs video.

Tuesday

Surfer’s Paradise video and 20 minutes of cardio.

Wednesday

HIIT the Beach from the Beach Babe DVD and Booty Shorts workout.

Thursday

30 minute run and Love Your Arms workout.

Friday

2 rounds of Sunseeker workout and 2 rounds of Surfer’s Paradise.

Saturday

Grab a Friend and Go workout.

Sunday

Lift and Tone Booty Routine.
