I started my workout today with cardio first. I wanted to get outside and get a run in. Today i did a 4 mile run. My legs were feeling super heavy. I have to admit it was a hard run. It was one of those days… I continued my workout when I got home with the Shoulder and Glutes Workout . After I was completely done with my workout I was starved. For lunch I made chicken salad with all white canned chicken breast, celery, chopped peanuts, and mixed it all with a little light mayo. I stuffed it in a low carb pita. Delish!
