Todays Workout- Lower Body, Abs and Running Intervals

This morning I wanted something sweet for breakfast. Blake likes to make protein smoothies for breakfast, so I decided I would try a sweet berry smoothie. I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up on bananas and some frozen berries. I started by pouring a cup of low-fat milk into the blender. I used about a cup of frozen mixed berries and threw in a small banana. Before I started to blend it, I put one scoop of vanilla protein powder in the mix. It was fab! It kept me full for a good 3 hours!

This morning I came up with a new plan for my workouts this week. Today I focused on working out my lower body and abs. First I went out and did run walk intervals. 1 minute run / 1 minute walk for 35 minutes and cooled down with another 20 minute walk at the end. Here is my Lower Body and Ab Workout:

This Workout was great start to the week!
