Todays Workout- Legs and Treadmill Intervals

Oh how good it felt to get to the gym this morning. Blake and I took a week-long vacation to Cabo San Lucas. We had a blast! It always feels great to get back home and get back into the swing of things. Besides the fact that it is sooo dark in the morning AND it was 40 degrees when I left the house, it seemed super easy to get motivated to get to the gym. I started my workout this morning with the 45 minutes of intervals on the treadmill to keep me from getting bored. Once I was finished with cardio I choose to do the Leg Workout .

 

Once I got home and started thinking about breakfast, I opened the fridge and found the new greek yogurt I saw at the grocery store this past weekend. Only a 100 calories of pure yum factor! I was totally satisfied and it had the little bit of sweetness from the peaches in it. Oh and it has 10g of protein! A great way to start the day!
