So today was my third Monday having to work. I have a long week ahead of me. This is a 6 day work week so I am just going to try to push thru. Especially with my workouts. It will be easy to make up excuses this week for why I can’t make it to the gym. I can do it, I can do it. It will be Sunday before I know it right?
I had 1 egg and 2 egg whites. It really kept me full for a good 3 hours.
After work I decided to try a new gym. I am thinking about changing gyms. It is always such a hassle though. I hate the whole sales pitch thing. I had to go thru all that before I could get my workout on. I must say I was pretty eager to get going because this gym was AMAZING! I felt like it was a resorts gym. I actually didn’t want to quit working out, just because I didn’t want to leave. Now that’s a kind of gym I need to join!
My workout today included working out my Legs and the Elliptical Interval Workout .
I ended my workout with a mile walk on the treadmill. I am telling you, I really didn’t want to leave the gym.
