Todays Workout- Legs and 45min Treadmill Intervals

Wow, todays was so super productive. I cleaned the house, did laundry, washed my car, bathed Lacoste, went to the grocery store and got my workout in at the gym.

Lacoste wasn’t very thrilled about bath time today.

My workout today started with 45 minute Treadmill Intervals . I was watching  the guy who sky dived from space on the tv. How crazy was that?! It really made the time fly by. I then did my Leg Workout . I really enjoy working out legs. It seems to be easy for me. unlike abs. I did decide to do a few extra crunches today too.

Okay, so now I think it is time for some relaxing.
