Todays Workout- Chest, Back and an Easy 2 Mile Walk

Day 2 down and only 4 more to go! This week is moving right along. I woke up well rested this morning and ready to get to the gym. My lower body on the other hand was very sore from yesterdays leg workout. I decided to give my legs a little break and go easy on the cardio. I started my workout with a 2 mile walk on the treadmill to get my heart rate up. I then continued my workout in the machine area at the gym. I worked out my chest and back today. It was nice to use some machines instead of the regular free weights.

I need some rest now…. Luckily tomorrow I only work until 3pm. I will get to sleep in and workout in the afternoon. Oh, and I get another microdermabrasion tomorrow. I am super excited!
