Todays Workout- Bike Ride

We had a super productive Sunday! Blake and I have been needing to lay new pinestraw down threw out the whole yard, so we choose to do it today. The weather was perfect. We actually had it all finished in less than 2 hours. We did some other running around and decided on a 40 minute bike ride this afternoon. If Blake and I are going to do cardio together we normally always choose biking. It is so much fun and you get a great workout as well.

Once we got back home it was about time for dinner. We decided on grilled chicken, jasmine rice, and a corn and edamame salad. (Recipe to come.)

So yummy! Look at those grill marks! I have to admit Blake grilled the chicken. He is awesome at grilling. Hmm…. I think it is time to get back in the kitchen and bake something sweet! :)
