Last night Blake and I stayed up late watching all of the debate stuff. This morning was slow going because I was so tired. I did manage to get up in time to head to the gym for my morning workout. I had to start out the day with a nice cup of coffee. Boy does that help. What would we do with out it?
Even Lacoste was having a hard time waking up this morning.
I was at the gym by 7:20 AM. I started with 20 minutes on the stepmill to get my heart rate up. After, I did the Bicep and Tricep Workout for my weights today. I was wide awake by the time I was finished with the weight workout. I had some extra time before I needed to leave the gym, so I chose to get back on the stepmill and burn even more calories for another 20 minutes. It felt fab once I was finished.
Only 2 days till the 5K. I am ready, and I think Blake is too. He went for a run tonite. I can’t wait till race day!
I still haven’t had any sweets for the past 4 days. I am still going strong!
