Todays Workout- Biceps, Triceps and Stationary Bike Intervals

I have been really enjoying the last couple days I have had off of work. It has been nice to not have to wake up super early to go to the gym. This morning I woke up, drank my coffee, watched some tv, and then strolled over to the gym around 11. It was divine. Once I got there I started my workout with the Bicep and Tricep Workout . This is the same workout routine I did last week also. I think I will continue it thru next week as well, and then change it up. I really do enjoy working out different parts of my body on different days instead of doing a full body workout 3 times a week. I feel that I can really workout much harder. After I completed the workout I choose to do intervals for my cardio today. Instead of the usual treadmill or elliptical I chose the stationary bike. I did these intervals for 40 minutes. The time flew.
When I got home it was lunch time. Yesterday I made this super yummy Bean and Barley Stew in the crockpot. I heated it up and it was so satisfying. This will be perfect to make once the weather really starts to cool down.
Hmmm… what to do now? I think this house needs some cleaning! Happy Friday!
