Todays Workout- Bicep and Triceps and Elliptical

Surprisingly I woke up pretty well rested today. What a nice change! I drove into the gym and got there before 7:30. No traffic today! I started my workout with the Elliptical Intervals  Workout. It was a really good way to get my workout started. It had my heart rate up 5 minutes in. From there I started my bicep and triceps weight workout. This is the final weight workout for the week. I have now worked out my full body. So only cardio sessions till the end of the week. Yay! I prefer cardio…

After I finished my full workout I came back home for some oatmeal! I had a wondeful Thursday! I hope you did too! I am looking forward to the weekend!
