Todays Workout- Back, Chest and Treadmill Intervals

I started off my morning by going to the gym and getting my workout in. When I got there I jumped on the treadmill for my intervals . It was tough and I was drenched by the end of it, but it felt so good. I then headed over to the weights area to do the same Back and Chest Workout I have been doing the last 2 weeks. I have been really surprised at how strong my back is getting because I have noticed I’ve needed to increase the weight lately. I guess the weight training has been paying off.
At work today there was a make up class that I sneaked a peek at when one of my client’s color was processing. It was really informative and I picked up a few new tips that I will have to share. I love me some cosmetics!
Also, I haven’t had ANYTHING sweet the past 2 days. Its tough… but I am going to try to stick with it the next 3 weeks. Wish me luck.
