I continued my new workout plan this morning. I started my workout with 30 minutes on the stepmill. I love that thing. Actually, I have a love hate relationship with that piece of equipment. I always dread getting on it, but I love how I feel when I am finished with my workout! After about 30 minutes I was done. I then headed to the weight area to start my back and chest workout.
I really had a great morning workout, I hope you did too! Now it is time for bed to get rested for tomorrow’s glutes and shoulder workout.
