Todays Workout- Back, Chest, and 1.5 Mile Walk

Today started out with my workout at the gym. It was chilly getting up and out this morning! I think it was in the 40′s when I left the house. Brrrr, That will really wake  you up! My workout started with a 1.5 mile walk on the treadmill at speed 4.0. It was a nice brisk pace to get me warmed up and my heart rate raised. I choose to go light on cardio today because my legs were a little sore from yesterday’s leg workout. I then finished my workout with the Back and Chest Workout . I have to say those assisted pull ups are really tough. I need to do those more often.

I got back home and chose a protein bar for my breakfast. I love these Cliff Builders Bars. They are sweet and filled with protein. Yum.

It is nice to be all settled in for the night. It is about that time to turn the channel to the debate!
