Todays Workout- Arms and 5 Mile Run

Since I was able to sleep in this morning I woke up refreshed! I started my day off with some scrambled eggs and a coffee. I have been trying to take in a lot more protein and less carbs for the past week. I find that I have been wanting to eat a lot of greek yogurt with fruit. It is such a great snack and it curbs my sugar cravings. Today I put some beautiful raspberries in mine.

After work this afternoon I headed to the gym. I started my workout with cardio. I got on a treadmill and did a 5 mile run. My legs weren’t sore anymore and I actually really enjoyed it. Sometimes I just need a good long run. Once I was finished with cardio I headed over to the weight machines. I worked out my arms today. That leaves my ab workout for tomorrow.

I also I had my 2nd microdermabrasion. It was fab again! I am just loving the results! My skin has never looked better!
