Todays Workout- Abs, Calves, and Stationary Bike Intervals

Wow. I am exhausted. I am pushing thru though. I haven’t missed a workout yet this week and I have stuck to my low carb diet. Tonite I didn’t even give into chips and cheese dip at dinner. That was tuff! I got my workout in this morning. Blake has been getting up earlier than normal, so it makes it easier for me to roll out of bed in the morning. I was at the gym by 7:30. I started my workout with 45 minutes of the Stationary Bike Intervals. After I was dripping sweat and started my quick Abs and Calves Workout.

Once I got home from my workout I choose a Builders Protein Bar by Cliff. Yum. These bars are great! It is almost like a dessert.

Time for some more rest! I have to get some cardio in tomorrow afternoon.
