Todays Workout- 4.25 Mile Run and 2.5 Mile Walk

Today my body was feeling super rested from my day off yesterday. I choose to not go to the gym because the weather was amazing again today. I changed up my cardio, so instead of doing the intervals that I love, this afternoon I went for a 4.25 mile run instead. I was hauling it today. I would say on average my pace is around 8’30″/mi, but today I kicked it up a notch. At the end of my run I was winded but it felt great! I decided to continue my workout with another 2 and a half mile walk. It was nice to be out enjoying the cooler air.

Midway through my run, I was feeling a little pain. I choose to ignore it, of course. :) When I got home and took off my shoes this is what I found.

Gross! I am for sure going to need a pedicure after this run.
