Today I WILL do 30 minutes of yoga. Plus some time on the elliptical. Also, no processed food :)

Thanks! And I hear ya. It's the end of the semester so it's been tough and I've gotten lazy with alot of things. I need to step it up a notch with just about everything right now. Good luck to you too. I think if we can amp it up even a little, some results should follow :)
