I haven’t posted one of my workouts in a long time…mainly because I haven’t done anything, let alone post worthy. Today isn’t super great, but at least I did something!!
Today was a day of 15’s. I started with just over a 15 minute run & walked 15 minutes. Then I hit up a mix of at-home exercises:
Not a lot, but good enough for my lazy butt. I might join in on the conditioning I’m making my v-ball girls do for practice tonight. SUCKERS! They got a long weekend off of practicing, but I’ll make up for it .
