Time For My Foot Pain

My feet hurts from running and perhaps long dance workout yesterday. I am glad that my daughter found our heating pad, so I will make sure to spend time in using the heating pad on my soar feet, to loosen up the stiff muscles. I will also need to massage it before I go to bed.
I will also make sure to steam my face today since I am not using the Nubrilliance for my today's beauty routine. This is to help to open up my pores and draw out all the extra dirt and oil from my skin. I will do this before I go to bed to make sure that my skin is well relaxed after being steamed.
