Last night I had a serious case of insomnia and this morning woke up toying the idea of a workout. Being tired wasn’t an excuse, so I sucked it up and did a quick one: 20 min HIIT run + 10 min of incline walking + stretch
Usual Breakfast:

- 2 TBS chia
- teras chocolate whey
-spinach
-1 frozen banana
-stevia + ice
Classes started up again and I’ve got a busy weekend ahead of me. Also, the rain here is terrible and we are flooding again. My town flooded again over night. Keep the northeast in your prayers!
This weekend my cousin is throwing a wine tasting party and I’m bringing a bunch of goodies to munch on:
- dates stuffed with mascapone wrapped in prosciotto
- herbed focaccia
- vegetable sushi
and GF donuts for dessert! what, you don’t have donuts with wine? come on now.
I have to run to the store to get a couple of things, then start making some of it. Also need to bottle kombucha , clean, drop paperwork off at work, cook for the weekend since I have classes Friday, Saturday & Sunday, get other things ready for school, and visit my best friend who was in a car accident this morning (she is okay thankfully, but rain=dangerous) and pick up some goodies for her while I’m out.
I should probably start! Fingers crossed the donuts come out good. I’m putting my life in your hands Ashley !
