This week's workout plans

Sunday: Run 2 miles with the husband and pup, continue on for another 5 miles
Monday: HIIT treadmill workout and Yoga
Tuesday: Teach Bootcamp
Wednesday: Strength and Cardio
Thursday: Teach Bootcamp
Friday: Run 7 miles and Pilates
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Run 9 miles

It felt good to get back in town today early and we make it back before Sandy could hit Philadelphia. We cleaned the house and headed out for a family run.  The pup makes it look so effortless but when she is done she is DONE.  The husband did a good job on the run today, not too much complaining and he kept up a good pace!  I continued on without them towards the lake and it was super windy, the waves were spraying the path almost 300 feet away.  After the run we went to the grocery store and got ready for the week. I have to say I have been so productive for traveling this past weekend!  I love the feeling of accomplishment.  All of this happened after 3pm today...

Plan meals for the week
Prep vegetables and fruit for easy eating
Edit Mom's famous banana bread...lighter version, and try it out. 
Make homemade applesauce :-)
Make dinner for Husband and Bestie
Put clean sheets on the bed

Rainbow of vegetables

And this is how blogging happens. Its a family affair.
