Happy Good Friday everyone! I am still at work but thankfully, I get off at 12 today. Then we’re packing and getting ready to head up to Lake Limestone for the weekend! I can’t wait to go running, hopefully with my sister, and to get some time in on the bike. The lake is such a great place for spending the entire weekend outdoors.
I have decided that bullet point posts are the best so I am continuing the trend with a “This and That” post number 2.

Scott laughed and said that was soooo him. He can’t stand running for more than a few minutes. Also, since the song made me laugh, I thought it would be a good song to run to so I searched on Spotify and was able to download the song!
I read a great blog post over on 100 Days of Real Food today. If you don’t read that blog you are missing out! Thanks to Food Babe , (I’m not being sarcastic) I can no longer eat store bought cake. Did you know that they might contain propylene glycol which is found in brake fluid and acrylic paints among many other things. YUCK! P.S. Sorry if I just ruined Easter cake eating for you!
