Thin Mint Protein Shake

Makes 1 shake @ 140 calories, 22 grams of protein, 6 carbs, 2.5 grams of fat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Dream
  • 1 cup mint tea
  • 1 serving Biochem 100% whey chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Hersheys Dark 100% cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp each guar gum and xanthan gum
  • 2 big, fresh mint leaves
  • Mint extract, stevia

Directions:
