I had all intentions of starting interval workouts this morning, but when I headed outside and started to run my knee really started to hurt again. Since I don’t plan on missing gymnastics class regardless tonight I decided that the best move would be to turn around. I went back home and am now icing my knee.On top of this I think I may have pulled a muscle in my neck. Is that even possible? I’m sure that off of this is my body’s way of telling me to slow down. I’m just not sure that my body got the message that I don’t like to slow down!!
Now, with the extra time I have this morning I should probably clean up the clothes that have been hanging out to dry for a few days now… But first, I’m going to try a new Chobani flavor, Sarah recommended Strawberry Banana, I haven’t had this one yet so I decided to give it a try!And the outcome? Not my new favorite (Still leaning towards apple cinnamon), but definitely delicious and one I’ll be buying again!
