"The Unthinkable" A Special Weight Loss Mini Series

Hi There Fans!

I am the owner and one of the blog writers here at Fitness Fashionistas. Surprisely I have decided to do the unthinkable during my next few weeks on vacation. I plan on losing weight during the holidays. I know you must be thinking "yeah rite" but no it is true. I plan on doing the unthinkable and documenting it here on this blog every day so that you can see how possible and how fun it can be. I am a real woman, I am a real fitness professional, and I am also going to do what a woman never does tell my weight and my age.

I know people are probably wondering why I decided to do this. I see so many women give up on this journey think that the weight gain means they need to stop working out and give up. I am here to tell you that weight gain happens its part of life. This little fitness adventure that I am embarking on is a compact version of what happens to women every day. So ladies know that this will be part of the rest of your life but it becomes fun, you learn about yourself you come into your own.

I do not say be a size "0" I say embody your healthier you. If you are a body builder then obviously your body needs to be pushed to the max. Our lifestyles define our bodies. If you are a mom you want to be healthier so you can make it through the day and play with your kids.
